WLEB Presents: Web Interface and Yield Stability Mapping
Thursday, March 12, 2026 (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM) (EDT)
Description
Join us for an exclusive webinar showcasing the user interface of the new MDARD funded Performance-based Conservation Program and its integration with yield stability maps developed by Bruno Basso at the Center for Regenerative Agriculture. The program uses a Pay-for-Performance approach aimed at reducing nutrient loads into the Western Lake Erie Basin. MSU Institute of Water Research Assistant Director Jeremiah Asher will provide a guided walkthrough of the platform, demonstrating how these tools work together to help producers make data-driven decisions on Best Management Practice (BMP) adoption at a field level. MSU John A. Hannah Distinguished Professor Bruno Basso will demonstrate how yield stability maps provide producers with the data for sub field level management decisions including adoption of BMPs in the program and how yield stability maps provide producers with data on how to make operations more profitable.
