MSU Presents: SARE Tour 2025

Description

This event is intended to introduce agriculture professionals to sustainable agriculture in a variety of forms. The tour will take place in the tip-of-the-mitt. The farms include a regenerative beef and hog producer, a direct market vegetable farm, a flower farm, and a tribal farm. The tour is capped at 30 participants. The tour is sponsored by SARE and is free of a registration charge. Lunch will be provided each day as well as lodging in the group block, and transportation in carpool vehicles. Any other expenses will be the responsibility of the attendee. Carpool vehicles will be departing from Grand Rapids, East Lansing, and Saginaw on the morning of September 17 to the tour site up north. You are welcome to use your own transportation methods as well.
