Hillsdale Conservation District Presents: Nutrient Management Field Day

The Hillsdale County Nutrient Management Field Day is hosted at Stoney Ridge Farms near Waldron, MI in the heart of the Western Lake Erie Basin (WLEB) watershed. A collaborative partnership between the Hillsdale County Farm Bureau and Hillsdale Conservation District, this annual event is held on the third Thursday in August and offers farmers and guests a day of hands-on agricultural education. This field day also boasts a local farm to fork lunch, MAEAP Phase 1 Educational Credit, and continuing educational credits for CCA's and RUP license holders. Past Keynote Speakers have included Barry Fisher, Frank Gibbs, Jamie Scott, Steve Groff, Rick Clark, & Mitchell Hora to name a few.
