WLEB Farmer-Led Group Presents: Seneca State Game Area Field Tour

Description

The Seneca State Game Area has recently undergone a major wetland restoration, and representatives from Ducks Unlimited and the Michigan DNR are excited to showcase the transformation.

The tour will also feature: 

• One of the new water quality monitoring stations managed by The Alliance and LimnoTech 
• A new tile drain monitoring site managed by MSU's Institute of Water Research 
• A guided walking tour of the wetland restoration project 
• Updates on current water quality monitoring efforts 
• An exclusive look at the property's new tile line monitoring site

This is a unique opportunity to see conservation work happening on the ground and learn how these projects are contributing to water quality improvements throughout the basin.
